Make Your Own Sheca
Learn the story of the sheca, bake your own with a master baker and join a sensory tasting with specialty coffees.
About the experience
The sheca is one of the most iconic traditional breads of San Pedro Sacatepéquez: the result of a culinary fusion of two cultures that has endured and evolved over time.
On Make Your Own Sheca you are not just a spectator: you learn, watch, taste, bake and share. You receive your sheca passport, personalize your own sheca before it goes in the oven, and finish with a blind tasting of three varieties and three specialty coffees.
